There are 44 tiger reserves in India (5-28-2014) which are governed by Project Tiger
which is administered by the National Tiger Conservation Authority. I decided to
go to visit four of those reserves hoping to be able to see tiger or tigers in each
of those reserves. For the four parks I had chosen, the most likely reserve to
see tiger was Bandvagarh, then Ranthambore, then Kanha and lastly Pench.
